Apprenticeship Training Service Agreement

Subject to clause 12.3, ESFA assumes no liability for any direct or indirect consequences that may result from the acts and/or omissions of the employer or a related employer with respect to this agreement or its respective obligations to third parties, including, but not limited to, a service contract between the employer and a training provider. Apprenticeship: a job with training. This includes training and, if necessary, final assessment for a staff member. Agreement between training providers with the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) on the remuneration of training providers for the performance of apprenticeships. 5.1.5. This Agreement begins on the day the Employer entered into this Agreement in accounts.manage-apprenticeships.service.gov.uk and remains in effect unless terminated earlier in accordance with clause 14. 12.2. The employer, on behalf of the employer and any related employer, shall not exempt the AESF and persons or entities working on its behalf from rights, claims, deeds, costs, expenses, losses, damages and any other liabilities arising from this Agreement, including, but not limited to, a service contract between the employer and a training provider.

9.3. The Employer acknowledges that under the FOIA and the EIRs, ESFA may be required to disclose information without consulting the Employer or obtaining the Employer`s consent. ESFA shall take appropriate measures to inform the employer of a request for information to the extent permitted and reasonably practicable. .
